WebFeb 23, 2024 · This Workshop embraces the facilitation of birth without unnecessary medical procedures. It actively promotes the restoration of physiological labour and birth as an ideal childbirth culture, and the time-honoured role of the midwife as a non-interventionist caregiver. You will get most out of this workshop if you: WebMidwifery can have additional knowledge fragments to obstetric knowledge, gained by our deep relationships with women. Being attentive to women who are called to use water through breech labour and birth, and walking side by side with them during this time, has added to my understanding of facilitating physiological breech birth.
