Not only these I can include Far Cry 4 in this matter as well. For the record Far Cry Primal for whatever reason ran very smoothly - both on my old and current PC. I could run my 8350 fine at 100% usage and it never thermal throttled once. People just have insufficient or faulty cooling (dust build up, etc).
