WebThe solution containing HF, H2O2 and H2O was used for MACE and the gold was removed using potassium iodide iodine solution. The Si nanowires of diameter 530 nm and interspacing of 269.4 nm were used for filling its interspace with tin oxide using spin-coating. Successful filling of tin oxide in Si nanowires was observed after spin-coating.
