WebF14 TOMCAT ICLS not working. I just got the TOMCAT and am trying to figure out the navigation system. I followed everything the manual says ICLS tuned into chanel, LDG, AWL, two switch at ACL, AP at ACL and engaged. However, the ICLS nedles don't move at all. I don't know how to fix this.
