WebJul 14, 2024 · This article aims to build on existing knowledge of program theories, theories of change, and theory-based evaluations to design a practical approach to assessing and improving interventions while reconciling human and natural systems—evaluating to contribute to Planetary Health. In addition, a narrative description of how the strategies are supposed to address the problems identified and the inter-linkages between the proposed strategies should be presented.
