All you have to do is just put the new filed you have downloaded into the ‘Data’ folder of your Fallout: New Vegas installation. If you have the Steam version, it will surely look like this: C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\Common\Fallout New Vegas\Data WebOr just delete the data folder in your C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\fallout new vegas folder, then verify the game and it will re-download those missing files. Or do the above, but leave the actual main game.esm and all DLC .esm/.esp files intact.
