If I forget, it does keep blooming, just not too heavily. I was worried that it would spread by seed like catnip does, but I've had it for 3 years and it just does a slow grow. I do cut down to about 3 inches in the fall. If growing in a moderately rich soil and offered plenty of water, the plant can get quite large - 2-3' tall and as wide, if not wider. And it could tend to flop.
