WebThis company is horrible. RA NOT WORTH ANY SAVINGS! ITS ALL CHINESE CRAP AND DIFFICULT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The majority of parts I've ordered from Rock Auto in the last 18 months have all failed- multiple suspension and steering parts, sensors of various types, ignition parts, a/c parts and more. WebSame cost for shipping but the part cost $50 more. I’m not to concerned about that because I really gotta get my car running again. I was looking at reviews for RockAuto tho and there pretty bad. Mostly saying they had bad customer service and they send out the wrong parts. World Parts has good reviews.
