Last month Vidahost/TSOhost did some changes on the server I was hosted on and half of my sites no longer loaded, kept blaming it on only having 100mb of free space left on my hosting but I cleared it down to 400mb free, removed a 1gb database (corrupted) and still had issues. There is no 100% guaranteed way to prevent issues with mail on Shared hosting service even if some type of email filtering is used, same with a VPS. All it takes is for one customer to get the IP blacklisted.

Like many web hosts, things do go wrong for TSOHost but what matters is they respond and rectify their issues. If you take a glance at their social media channels like Twitter, you’ll see they respond to people and publicly display their reviews. WebWe used tsoHost for 10 years, but had nothing but problems. They were ok in first few years, but have gone down hill. Moved all websites to another host a few years ago and they've been much more reliable. Still have one domain with tsohost and they keep failing to renew it automatically each year.

WebJul 18, 2024 · I fully believe the issue is with TSOhost’s control panel and not with Let’s encrypt. They’ve posted an update 4 hours ago stating that they’ve resolved this problem on their VPS but not their cloud hosting platform. Hopefully they’ll fix it soon otherwise I’d look to migrate my website to another provider.
